How long does a session take, and what can I expect during it?
- Ambient music promotes relaxation and reduces background noise to support deep sleep.
- Some describe being in the Energy Enhancement System™ (EES) as unifying the mind, body, and spirit.
- The 12-unit EESystem™ room offers a serene, harmonizing place to simply relax in one of our comfortable recliners or grab a meditation pillow. Ambient music that promotes relaxation and reduces background noise.
- Many people experience deep relaxation or sleep during sessions, which is encouraged, normal, and beneficial to support the body going into deep relaxation, which is where healing takes place.
- Heated neck warmer, blankets, pillows, eye masks, and earplugs are provided for your comfort.
- Up to six individuals may be in the EESystem™ Room for each session.
Helpful tips
- Arrive 10 minutes early for your session
- Place your phone on silent or airplane mode
- Dress comfortably and in layers. As the body relaxes in a temperature-controlled room, circulation of blood moves from the periphery into our internal organs, resulting in a feeling of little chill as you relax.
- Be sure you’re not hungry, but don’t eat a giant meal before your session. The rest/repair part of our nervous system also controls digestion. To optimize your energy enhancement effects, it’s good to be comfortably full, but not expending energy on digestion.
- Come with an open heart and mind, ready to unplug, relax, and support your body’s natural healing ability.
Post-session guidance
- Your session includes the full EESystem™ experience plus post-session detox guidance, including our recommendation for ocean therapy in our beautiful Caribbean waters.
- It is best within 24 hours of your session to take the recommended swim in one of our beautiful sandy bay beaches or purchase the Detox Salt Bath for 20 – 30 minutes to maximize the body’s detoxification. View the salt bath recipe and protocol. If a full body bath is a challenge, soak your feet with either method for a minimum of 20-30 minutes.
- Facilitating your healing is a journey and not a quick fix. Be consistent with your visits as sessions are cumulative for the body. Each session in the environment allows your body a little more time to rejuvenate your cells to a state of balance and heal naturally.
- Proper nutrition is critical for cellular function. Support and nourish your body with water-dense organic and whole foods. Avoid artificial foods and beverages, corn syrup, and seed oils, as these bog down your system from functioning optimally.

Are there any side effects?
- The effects of sitting in the bio-active energy field are cumulative. The more you sit in it, the more your body moves towards a healthy level. The deeper you relax, the more profound the results.
- It may take up to three sessions of experiencing detoxification symptoms, and may include anything from increased perspiration, brain fog, headache, body aches, or loose bowel movements as your body releases the toxins.
- It is important to follow the after-session protocol to help the body detox after a session.
- A healing crisis or Jarisch-Herxheimer reaction may occur in some people, including a temporary worsening of their symptoms as the body becomes more balanced and in its natural state.
- Compliments alternative and conventional treatment modalities to support a holistic approach to healing.
